Dr. Etter is the only diplomated physical therapist in Reno. He specializes in spine care and orthopedics with a focus on a mechanical diagnostic model of manual therapy. He is also the only internationally trained spine specialist in the United States. Dr. Etter is heavily involved with the APTA and NPTA.
He enjoys spending time with his wife Sheryl and their three beautiful children. His interests include: clinical effectiveness, politics, economics, photography, and outdoor activities from camping to skiing.

Sheryl Etter is a full-time physical therapist with extensive experience treating all neurological trauma and disease processes from acute injury, sub-acute treatment, outpatient and home health rehabilitation. Sheryl also performs wound treatment and preventive care for at-risk patients due to diabetes, paralysis and acute trauma.
An active mother of three children, Sheryl is involved in many of her children's athletic and extracurricular activities. In her spare time, she likes to read, hike, ski, and take advantage of the many wonderful outdoor activities the Reno/Lake Tahoe areas have to offer.

Andy Lodato, PT, ScD, COMT, Cert. MDT
Educated in Texas, Andy has a Masters in PT from University of Texas-El Paso and Doctorate of Science in PT from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. Beyond his formal education, Andy has a certification in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy of the Spine from the McKenzie Institute International and is also a certified manual therapist.
Andy Lodato is a Physical Therapist who helps patients with a variety of musculoskeletal conditions. He recently relocated to Reno from the Seattle area where he practiced PT for 19 years. Andy was a staff therapist in a variety of clinics, but co-owned a practice for the last 12 years in Woodinville and Duvall, WA.
Andy is married with two young kids and makes his new home in the Damonte Ranch area. Outside of work, you can find him spending time with his family, playing golf and trying to learn fly fishing. He looks forward to all of the outdoor activities the Reno area provides!

Dr. Johnson began his career in an outpatient physical therapy clinic in Pocatello, Idaho where he specialized in back and neck physical therapy. He was recently credentialed in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (McKenzie) and practices primarily in the Fernley clinic.
He is passionate about his profession and helping people. Dr. Johnson welcomes the opportunity to help everyone reduce their pain and restore function through the ever-improving and evidence-based field of physical therapy.
In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his lovely wife and their six young children. As a family they enjoy the outdoors—snow skiing, water skiing, hiking, camping, riding ATVs and participating in sports.

Julie Johnson, PT
Physical Therapy Partners would like to welcome Julie Johnson to the Fernley clinic.
Her extensive background in Physical Therapy began at the University of Maryland, School of Medicine where she graduated with a Bachelor of Sciences degree in PT back in 1982.
Julie has gained notable experience with acute care, post acute rehab, skilled nursing, homecare and outpatient PT. Julie served as Director of Clinical Services at Health South in Salisbury in Maryland and Nevada, and Director of Rehabilitation at Rosewood Rehab Center and Manor Care, both in Reno, NV. She has also performed satellite outpatient development for Atlantic General Hospital in Berlin, MD, and retrospective therapy services reviews for IntraCorp. Most recently, Julie worked as a physical therapist for Kindred at Home homecare services in Carson City, NV.

Judy has been with PTP since 2007. She has an in-depth background in Medical Administration with an emphasis on Orthopedics and Physical Therapy.
She loves the outdoors and loves running 5k's. Judy has 3 daughters and 3 grandchildren that she is very proud of.
She also has a rescue dog named Xena that loves to run with her.

Taylor has been with PTP since 2019.
Taylor has an AA degree in Physical Education from Lassen Community College and a BS degree in Community Health Science w/ an emphasis in Kinesiology and a Minor in Addiction Treatment Services. Her goal is to become a Physical Therapist
In her spare time she coaches girls basketball at Wooster and helps on her family's cattle ranch. She is also a Dog Mom to her fur baby Cooper.
The reason why Taylor loves PTP is because she enjoys being able to work with our therapists and patients everyday! She says that being able to witness and be part of the progress our patients make is so rewarding.

Kari holds a BA degree in Business Administration and has been with PTP since 2016. She brings a multitude of experience with her background in Human Resources and Business Management. Kari is also a Veteran of the US Navy who enjoys all that life has to offer in beautiful Northern Nevada. Camping, fishing, nature walks and meandering drives with her fiance' and her dog are her favorite past times.

Becca has been with PTP since 2018. She is the go-to person for support in all matters for patients and staff. She is currently working on an Associates Degree in General Education at Western Nevada College. She is an active mother of two little girls and enjoys spending her spare time playing and doing educational activities with her children. She also enjoys quiet time with her significant other, Max. Together, they appreciate the outdoors, working in the yard, practicing dirt biking and napping.

Diane has almost 30 years of Bookkeeping experience. She has been with PTP since 2007.
She is a native Nevadan and she loves quilting. She is also an animal lover and enjoys playing with her dogs.
Erin has an extensive background in medical administration. She has a degree in Marketing and studied Psychology. She also completed Coaching Training from the Coaches Training Institute. She loves to write and loves Pilates, Yoga and hiking.
